What does sustainability mean to you? Recycling? Planting trees? Riding your bike instead of driving? What if we expanded our concept of sustainability to encompass issues like health care for the elderly, sex work, and the harvesting of New York City weeds for food? ‘Connecting the Web of Sustainability,’ a project created at New York University's Arthur L. Carter Institute of Journalism, explores unconventional perspectives on a topic that is constantly discussed and always open to debate.
