Mark Sherstinsky is a master's student in NYU's Global Public Health program. He was born in Uzbekistan and grew up in San Francisco. Mark has written and published several short plays, which were also staged in San Francisco and New York. He currently works as an eye doctor with the New York City public health system, and has worked on educational and research eye-related projects in Mexico and Haiti.
